Escuela del Rio Cosmico

Paola Garcia was born in Bogota, Colombia, where she created the Eterno Sol Yoga & Mindfulness program, where she shared the tools and practices of Yoga Asanas & Mindfulness Meditation that she practiced and taught for over 16 years. From 2011 to 2020, she walked her path with her beloved Gustavo Ik, and together they worked with Cacao as a super food, as medicine for their bodies, hearts and minds, sharing it in rituals and ceremonies around the world.

In 2020, Paola returned to the stars. Escuela del Rio Cosmico is honored to host Self Love Ceremony here in our Library of Earth Magic in Loving Memory of an incredible teacher of mindfulness and self love. 

Self love Ceremony was originally recorded in person as part of Medicine Mandala 2019 and is shared here with the permission of her family.
